Moderation policy

A report asks a human to look. Only a human decides. Nothing is ever destroyed. A report never changes what the public sees: it opens a case and raises its priority, and that is the whole of its power. A business that disagrees with an experience has a public response shown directly beneath it, and that is the intended remedy. Restricted or removed content is retained in full and the decision is reversible. Any decision affecting visibility requires a written reason, given to the author, and can be contested.
